Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 21, 2025

SocialImageTools is built as a privacy-first online image editor. Most tools process your images directly in your browser using modern web APIs (Canvas, Web Workers, and client-side rendering). That means we do not need to upload your photos to a server to compress, resize, crop, or convert them.

What we collect

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Depending on your hosting setup, some technical information may be collected automatically:

  • Basic server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
  • Anonymous analytics only if enabled by the site owner (you can remove/disable analytics scripts).

What we do not collect

  • Your images: we do not intentionally store or upload your files for processing.
  • Account data: we do not require sign-ups for using the tools.
  • Payment information: the tools are free to use.

Cookies

SocialImageTools does not require cookies for core functionality. If analytics are enabled, third-party providers may set cookies. You can also use browser settings or privacy extensions to block them.

Third-party services

The site may be hosted on a platform such as Vercel or similar providers. Hosting providers may process limited technical logs to deliver the site. We recommend reviewing your host’s privacy policy for details.

Privacy FAQs

Does SocialImageTools store my images?

No. SocialImageTools does not intentionally store your images. Most tools run client-side in your browser, so images remain on your device during processing.

Do you track users or require sign-ups?

No sign-up is required to use the tools. If analytics are enabled by the site owner, they should be anonymous and minimal, but the core tools work without tracking.

Are there cookies?

SocialImageTools does not require cookies for core functionality. Some hosting or analytics providers may set cookies depending on configuration.
